We believe in flawless service of zero defect and zero delay and take all endeavours to deliver your consignment within agreed time, and a tracking receipt shall be shared with the customer after dispatch.

Transport authority is not management by Craft Connect Studio and delay caused is sole responsibility of the transporter.

  • Delivery Date is an Estimate and NOT confirmation/commitment for any consignment. Our customers are requested to note that logistics companies hardly work on given time frame and Craft Connect Studio are just partners and don’t operate them.
  • Hence, any delay caused is directly in the hands of logistics company and Craft Connect Studio can only be an intermediary throughout until delivered. Customer should make order in advance.
  • Shipment misplaced/lost/pilferage/theft during transit from our store until customer’s residence will be the sole responsibility of the. Logistics Company and Craft Connect Studio advices to customers to seek insurance of the consignment.
  • Delay may occur for number of reasons which includes toll clearance, paperwork delay, accident, vehicle breakdown, unexpected highway blockage, traffic, etc (stated by logistic companies) and Craft Connect Studio doesn’t take responsibility for the same.
  • Self pick up is available by the customer if they have their own logistics connection. However, customer will be solely responsible for any damage/loss/pilferage/theft caused by the transport company once the parcel leaves office of Craft Connect Studio.
  • Delivery within Kolkata will always take less time compared to outstation deliveries and hence dates vary from region to region.

Refund Policy

Though Craft Connect Studio ensures fool-proof packaging with Thermocol, Bubble Wrap, Corrugated Rolls, Crippled Paper, Foam Sheets, etc as applied for different hampers and multiple quality checks before sending each order, however in any unforeseen situation in case there is any issue with the order, following terms and conditions shall apply for replacement/ refunds:

  • Once you receive the parcel, kindly make a video while opening the carton.
  • In case any product is short or is damaged, we shall exchange the same or provide refund, as per company’s discretion, only once the customer shares the box opening video or pictures of the product.
  • For all returns/ replacements requests, kindly contact us via Whatsapp at +91-9330255648.
  • In cases where the customer chooses to pick-up the order themselves or arrange for shipping on their own, then no refund/replacement shall be borne by us if any damages caused.
  • Advance once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances if customer cancels the order midway for unprecedented reasons. Options available with our customers are that they may delay the distribution at a later date or may chose some other product of the same amount (within our MOQ limits) or accept a credit note (validity period applied) to settle the advance amount.
  • Refund is also not applicable If customer reduces the quantity after confirmation of quantity. The amount of reduced quantity can be adjusted through credit note (validity period applied) or product of some other amount (within our MOQ limits)
  • For damage claim customer has to cooperate with the company by sending detailed video and photos of the damaged product, carton boxes for internal verification as required by the company.
